I needed a replacement on my keyless entry due to overuse and I took it to the dealer thinking it would be something simple. The time and fee quoted seemed high and I called Moose's. The price they estimated seemed reasonable and they did the work for me. The final bill was over half less than the dealership quoted. The shop is beautiful and they focus on service. Marsha M. If you want to pay 350% markup on parts this is the place to go! When we picked up our motor home to get 2 rotors replaced we were shocked that they charged us 592.65 each for rotors! We had priced them before we took it there so we know they shouldn’t have paid more than 200.00 each. Asked to see an invoice for the rotors and wouldn’t come up with one. Do ya think they were hiding something? Also when they came in out Rv they had greasy shoes and greased up our carpet! Very unhappy!!!
