Sometimes things happen. It's how a business handles those things that matters. My daughter had her car repaired at the garage. Four days later the new part failed causing other problems. Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work. I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. I took my 95 Ford f150 here on the recommendation of Discount Tire for an alignment. I had replaced the entire front end linkage and the truck REALLY needed an alignment after that! They did the work as asked. I picked up the truck and they told me that things weren't really aligned because I needed a new pitman arm. I told them I'd be back in a few weeks. A few weeks or so later, I made an appointment to have the pitman arm replaced and the truck realigned. This was strategic on my part as it would immediately follow me replacing the front springs and shocks. I drop the car off, I pick it up and the camber looks insane. Must have been 5 to 10 degrees positive! VERY noticeable with the naked eye. I, of course, asked about the camber and was told that camber is not adjustable on the Ford twin I beam suspension. I paid my bill and went home where I did some research. Here's what I discovered... There is a camber bushing that needs to replaced on the twin I beam suspension. Correcting the camber is expensive (the bushings are about $60 each retail) but hardly impossible. Further, I learned that the pitman arm is a non-wearable item on a 95 F150. I am not seeking my money back from them. I made the mistake of trusting them and my penance is being out that money. Instead, when I say a place where I can write a review of this shop, I do. I want to tell everybody that these guys have no clue what they're doing. I didn't bring in anything bizarre or exotic, just a mid-90's Ford truck, something around 1 million of these things were built. This is not a rare car at all! This shop couldn't perform a simple task on a common vehicle and didn't know what they didn't know. Alternatively, they knew that they didn't do the job and simply lied to me.

I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!

No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly. Fixed my bad brakes that were making noise. They fixed it and they work great. Car seems to stop better then ever. Also found a screw in my tire and fixed that before it was a bigger problem.

Monte did a quick check, told me the exact price. Installed to new Coils & Spark Plug Assemblies. The Speed Sensor Checked out okay so he reset the Check Engine Light. He gave me an exact quote before he started the work. He got the work done quickly and I paid him. He came to my location. Now my V-10 is purring like a kitten. Monte is completely competent, his prices of very compettive and will definitely use him again. I have already recommended him to two of my friends with RV's. I give Monte 6 Stars!

We use LK auto repair for our work truck maintenance and repairs. The service is great! They always give us an inspection report with details on all the upcoming maintenance priorities.
