He gave me an exact quote before he started the work. He got the work done quickly and I paid him. He came to my location. Now my V-10 is purring like a kitten. Just got a new alternator in my car even though I told them that the battery and alternator were still good. Somehow they talked me into a part not needed! $615.00. I trusted them and they failed me! Its the starter!!! When I called to ask for help they were very put out and told me that it was the alternator anyway. Nice!!! You would think they would help someone that just gave them good business. Never again!!!
