Sometimes things happen. It's how a business handles those things that matters. My daughter had her car repaired at the garage. Four days later the new part failed causing other problems. Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work. Flying Wrench Services began from humble beginnings in 2002, and grew from one medium service truck and one mobile mechanic (Joe Kiernan, Owner/Operator) to the three trucks and the group of mechanics we have today. To accommodate this growth and expansion, we recently moved to the new 10,000 square foot facility on Commercial Ave. Throughout our history we have been active in the community, and maybe you've seen us in every 4th of July parade in Kingston? I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!

I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly.
