No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly. Quoted me a price and was more expensive when I came back for the car

We hired Bryan to come out and install a fuel pump in our Classic 57 Chevy in early July. He promptly came out,,,,,,without calling. We had the fuel pump and my hubby (who is 80 and legally blind) had taken the old one out. We just needed Bryan to put the new one in. He did this. He hooked up the gas lines, we paid him and he left. 2 days later we went to take the car out and the gas lines were leaking badly. We contacted Bryan,,,,,,he said he was hired to install a fuel pump not hook up gas lines..????? We have been in touch for nearly a month now,,,,,he had a family emergency, he has to check his schedule, etc ,,,,,and now he won't even reply. I do NOT recommend this guy if you want a guarantee on his work.

Great customer service, excellent mechanic and the car drives like its brand new. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the end result.
