Brake repair service near Port Orchard, WA

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I took my car in to get tires changed over. I have low profile tires and they are difficult to mount but I expected a professional business to know how. Boy was I wrong. I got the car back and all 4 rims were scratched all the way around the lip. I went and got the manager and he said he was the one that mounted these. He then started saying look at how dirty the rims were and I obviously didnt take care of them so I had probably done that. I was getting so angry I just walked away and later just decided to cut my loses and let it go. 2 Months later I had 2 tires go flat on me. I had it towed to the closest shop and they took a look and said Wow the beads on the inside and out were damaged because of improper mounting. I went back to Midas and showed them the other shops written statement and said all I wanted was reimbursed for the tow and the new tires that was put on. He blew me off and said no. Long story short, I would not trust them with my car and the manager does not care about customer service or satisfaction.

No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. Fixed my bad brakes that were making noise. They fixed it and they work great. Car seems to stop better then ever. Also found a screw in my tire and fixed that before it was a bigger problem.

I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly. One of the best service experiences I have ever encountered. The service was completed earlier than promised. I wasn't prepared for it to be done quite that soon. As I'm handed the keys I was given the promise to be taken care of if the AC unit didn't perform. TOP NOTCH!
