I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly. One of the best service experiences I have ever encountered. The service was completed earlier than promised. I wasn't prepared for it to be done quite that soon. As I'm handed the keys I was given the promise to be taken care of if the AC unit didn't perform. TOP NOTCH!
