I had some problems with my rear brakes and instead of just selling me expensive new calipers they went to the effort of cleaning them and re-lubricating to see if this would solve the problem and it did. That saved me over $1,000 because BMW parts are so expensive. They also loaned me a Nisaan for the day at no charge! This was all same day service too, I didn't even schedule an appointment but they took care of me. It kind of amazes me the polarity between the reviews, you never know the type of people who write the bad or good reviews but some people are just unreasonable and you can't trust what they say. All that I can personally say is that Olympic Automotive always treats me well and I would (and have) recommended them to other people.

They always give us an inspection report with details on all the upcoming maintenance priorities. Without our fleet vehicles running in prime condition, were dead in the water. I had my vehicle towed into there shop after finding them on Yelp as t... read more I had my vehicle towed into there shop after finding them on Yelp as the best in the area and was informed that my timing belt had broken. They got me fix that same day the charge was over $300 less then what I had call around to other shop and got prices to make sure that there price was competitive. I was shocked that they were the best on yelp and the lowest price BY FAR!!! No extra charges when I picked up and the did a inspection and let me know of other issues I needed for my vehicle without pressuring me into anything.
