Your tech was awesome and gave the vehicle we were purchasing a thorough inspection. He looked at it for roughly two hours which completely surprised me. He did find a minor issue with some noise and we are having that fixed by the dealer. The shop gave is a great report and they said they would not hesitate to purchase the vehicle. We did just that. Thank you for your professionalism. PS, I think you need to charge more.

I brought my car in for a check engine light. I let you know that I had replaced the gas cap and was curious if there was anything associated with that which could cause the problem. You charged me 250 to replace a gas cap because you needed an hour of labor to get the car set up for testing. I just googled what the first thing to check is if your check engine light is on and it says to check the gas cap. I even asked you on the phone if there was anything I should check before bringing the car in. I’ve been coming to you consistently for the past ~8 years. I would expect better customer service.

I had immediate help when my car wouldn't start. We ran up against a weekend and a holiday. However, they got the work done in a reasonable timeframe and one of the things we really appreciated was their communication with us. They took time to talk with us, explain the situation and also returned calls. Hockett and Olsen went above and beyond to help us. They have managed to keep our very old cars running. We will continue to use their services in the future.

When it comes to service, quality and a timely manner I recommend Thurston county transmission hands down! It is nice to work with honest mechanics. Sky James

Al has been fixing various issues with my wife's Audi for years. He's great at communicating what's going on, typically over estimates and charges less, and often fixes little things and refuses to let us pay him for it. Not many businesses like this around anymore.

I needed a replacement on my keyless entry due to overuse and I took it to the dealer thinking it would be something simple. The time and fee quoted seemed high and I called Moose's. The price they estimated seemed reasonable and they did the work for me. The final bill was over half less than the dealership quoted. The shop is beautiful and they focus on service. Marsha M. We hired Bryan to come out and install a fuel pump in our Classic 57 Chevy in early July. He promptly came out,,,,,,without calling. We had the fuel pump and my hubby (who is 80 and legally blind) had taken the old one out. We just needed Bryan to put the new one in. He did this. He hooked up the gas lines, we paid him and he left. 2 days later we went to take the car out and the gas lines were leaking badly. We contacted Bryan,,,,,,he said he was hired to install a fuel pump not hook up gas lines..????? We have been in touch for nearly a month now,,,,,he had a family emergency, he has to check his schedule, etc ,,,,,and now he won't even reply. I do NOT recommend this guy if you want a guarantee on his work.

I had my vehicle towed into there shop after finding them on Yelp as the best in the area and was informed that my timing belt had broken. They got me fix that same day the charge was over $300 less then what I had call around to other shop and got prices to make sure that there price was competitive. I was shocked that they were the best on yelp and the lowest price BY FAR!!! No extra charges when I picked up and the did a inspection and let me know of other issues I needed for my vehicle without pressuring me into anything.

Nearly half-a-million miles logged on my two vehicles and both have run perfectly under the care of Auburn Foreign Car. Latest visit in my 13+ year affiliation with these folks was last month. I was impressed once again with their attention to detail, clear and thorough communication, and outstanding diagnostic and repair work. Over the years, I have never once needed a second opinion, a re-do by somebody else, or a course in anger management after dealing with this outfit. I figure that if I am shelling out my hard-earned cash, a merchant had better deserve to have it. AFC deserves to have it.
