These people are great. They're patient and courteous no matter how silly or technical I feel my question They explain so I understand. They seem to be on my side too, one place told me I needed expensive services and Laura explained exactly how and why I did not need what they said. I trust them completely.

Just got a new alternator in my car even though I told them that the battery and alternator were still good. Somehow they talked me into a part not needed! $615.00. I trusted them and they failed me! Its the starter!!! When I called to ask for help they were very put out and told me that it was the alternator anyway. Nice!!! You would think they would help someone that just gave them good business. Never again!!!

This shop was happy to help me with my breakdown- They were really too busy to replace my alternator that day- but they did not bother to tell me that until that nightwhen I was hoping to have my car back but instead was stranded. Then they overcharged me for the repair as well as added in a 20 dollar environmental fee even though they did not change any fluis or dispose of any used parts or tires. When I challenged them on the environmental fee- they explained that everyone gets charged that - I guess that is why they don't have to disclose it as part of the estimate. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! they are not honest and will take advantage of you- Cost 556 dollars to change a 200 dollar alternator.

I had some radiator hoses replaced at another national repair shop. However, I began losing coolant and took the car back twice. The first time I was told that the reason was that there was an air bubble in the line. The second time I was told that the radiator leaked and a new one would cost just over $450. The car was not put on a lift to check for leaks. There was no pressure check. The evaluation was based on a few snail trails of dried coolant around the radiator cap. I took my car to Midas on Gravelly Lake Drive in Lakewood, WA for a second opinion. The car was placed on a lift twice. They did a pressure check and told me that if there was, in fact, a leak the pressure check would identify the location. Eric came into the waiting room, and I expected him to confirm the need to replace the radiator. He said he would be happy to replace it, but thought that a new radiator cap would resolve my problem. I bought a $10 radiator cap and haven't lost a drop of coolant in the three weeks since I visited Midas. What a pleasant experience dealing with an honest repair shop. You can be assured that my future automotive needs will be taken to this Midas dealer.

My car was just falling apart! With only 110,000 miles on it, I felt like it was just done. I took it to AIR and they looked it over really well. They gave me a long list and explained what needed to be done now and what should be done soon. Its back on the road and I'm saving up for the rest. I like the way they took the time to explain the maintenance and repair necessary It took some time to repair, but I like that they got it done right.

We have bought 5 vehicles there and service them regularly. We just did the 115k maintenance at our Acura MDX and not only they saved us a lot they went above and beyond by picking up the car and then dropping it off at our place:-) They Rock ! Great job they did for us. Jefferson's Family :-)

This shop is very clean and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and even took the time to show me all the bad parts in my transmission. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a honest repair shop.

they are letting a man work for them, Tony , that has no licence and i have seen drive customer vehicles home intoxicatedc , he also is not a certified mechanic . cunsumers beware
