Great service and prices. Wish I knew of this shop a year or so earlier. It is Firestone affiliated and a hidden gem, one block west of Home Depot on 124th. I've found my repair shop for future auto maintenance on my Jeep.

I paid 238 dollars to find nothing. Ripoff

Needed an alignment and they fit me in the schedule same day. However my truck is now making a horrible noise when I turn to the right. I replaced a bunch of parts before I took it there and drove it, and it did none of this before hand. Not sure if something wasn’t tightened all the way or what. Hoping to have it back in and looked at Monday.

The folks at American Imports are very friendly and accommodating. They do high quality work in excellent time for a fair price.

I had a tire that was low. When I got to the shop, I was greeted by an advisor. He listened to my issue and assured me that the problem would be resolved. I had lunch plans and after the assessment was done he said that I could get a loaner so not to miss the lunch date. I now have new tires and was satisfied with my experience at Silver Lake. I would give them 5 stars.

My slow week wasn’t fixed, tire had low air pressure again the day after appointment.

I have been going to Richlonn's (in Racine) for tires, brakes and service the last 15-years. I have always been pleased and satisfied as a customer. In fact, approx. 3-months ago, Mother needed tires (white whal) on '86 Cadillac and not having luck in finding what she wanted. I spoke to Brian V. (Store Manager) about the circumstances and then made an appointment for Mom to get tires. Mom is very satisfied with the new tires and 90,000 mile warranty. Also, no one came close to offering the lifetime rotation, price of installing, balancing and Computer check-up for alignment problem with Nitrogen air and extensions. Everyone I talked to was very personable. I was shocked at the price I paid for a Towmax STR trailer tire. I recognize I was called and quoted a price. Shame on me for not differentiating between the Vanguard and the STR.

I found them through AAA when I moved to Milwaukee in 2010 and have been going for routine and non-routine maintenance at least 4 times a year since. They do good work, they communicate well, they are priced fair and they go above and beyond. One year I was in an accident and brought my car in to get the steering and suspension realigned. When I picked it up they had popped out the dent in the bumper purely out of goodwill given they aren't a body shop and it was free of charge. If the check engine light is on and the diagnostic is something silly like a loose gas cap they will turn off the light and wave the diagnostic fee. If it is something that needs to be repaired the $90 price of the diagnostic is applied towards the repair. Given all the times I've brought my car to them I've only had one incident where some lug nuts were loose after a tire rotation. They were immediately apologetic and reimbursed me. I can't say enough good things about this place. When you walk in you will see many hand written thank you notes from other equally grateful and happy customers. When places like Jiffy Lube are scamming customers by cutting corners and selling unnecessary services it feels good to have a trustworthy mechanic.
