At first I was worried that costs were too high, but after more research found them to be in-line with other shops. The work and parts seem solid. I also appreciate the mechanic pointing out other needed repairs, so I can start saving and planning. Amanda was very patient, professional, and informative.

Amanda (front desk) was very helpful in scheduling my appointments and the repair was done quickly. The service tech was very knowledgeable and he didn't try to push unnecessary repairs on me, but did inform me of future repairs that may be needed. Overall, I highly recommend Govednik Auto.

both times we came in the office there was only one person there and they were on the phone. They did not acknowledge us and they talked for at least 5 more minutes while we stood there in front of them waiting.

The brake fix was fine however the other day when we had all that snow I realized that the tires I wanted rotated were the wrong ones. The newest tires should have both been in the back. I had very little traction in the snow.

I had taken my van into the dealership several times for the transmission shuddering. The dealership could not figure out what was wrong. Govednik was able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair the transmission.

Had a trip planned to see grandkids and 2 days before had a brake issue come up. Went to Govedniks to get it checked out. Ended up it was a timely visit as they also found a badly worn front axle and transmission leak that could have ruined the tranny and left us stranded on the road. We are thankful for Govedniks willing help, fitting us into their busy schedule and getting us on the road without having to delay trip!

The repair was completed for less than the cost originally quoted. Took a little longer than expected , but that was due to an external supplier not performing. Brian kept me in the loop as to what was going on.

As a single female, I've always struggled to find a mechanic that I could trust. After my first call and then visit to Govednik, I knew I had finally found a great mechanic that I could trust.
