My husband and I were in the market for a pop up camper and NEVER owne... read more My husband and I were in the market for a pop up camper and NEVER owned a camper before and the people at Country Campers walked us through the camper we were interested in purchasing and there was NO PRESSURE to buy. We did buy the camper and they did a FULL WALK through of the camper with us to show us what everything was and how it all worked for setting it up to storing it for the Winter. The service and people were WONDERFUL! We will definitely be going back for all of our needs and highly recommend them to everyone we know.
WORST experience of my life!! I was COMPLETELY and TOTALLY taken by th... read more WORST experience of my life!! I was COMPLETELY and TOTALLY taken by this company! I bought an "as is" trailer from them and was told the "as is"was due to cosmetic issues, previous water damage (which was repaired) and the fact that there is no awning. I am a FIRST time trailer owner and went to--what i thought---was a reputable dealer! Boy did they see me coming! I found out that the trailer has a broken furnace, and a busted hot water heater because a converter that is too large for the foundation was forced in. It will NEVER be a fully functioning trailer nor is it worth a cent I paid for it. Advanced camping's response "Too bad, you bought an "as is"". The owners are RUDE and NOT willing to help at all...except for the offer to consign it for me or to take it as a trade so I can spend more money I don't have to buy another piece of crap! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! This is NOT a place to buy a trailer nor get good customer service!!!!
