I was having a horrible time trying to get my car to pass emissions and took it to a few different shops finally I went to passehls Bp and talked with Dave he was really honest and didn't seem like he was just trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Dave did the work and got my car to pass no light on my dash any more great value and small shops like this are hard to come by now days I would support these guys any day before I would go into a big box auto shop type of place thanks would highly recommend!!

This place is my heaven on earth. If i could give more stars i would. Weve had them work on our 2009 yukon denali, our 2012 chrystler 300, and our 1999 mitsubishi eclipse. The last job i brought them was a 1987 Chevrolet C20 pickup. The transmission needed a rebuild. They did it in under a week, and they even beefed it up for just 100 more bucks! It was smooth, down shifts were incredible, the whole shabang. Everytime i hear someones having a problem with a car we dont know how to fix, this facility is my first recomendation. These people are so great, ive called asking their opinions on a noise and instead of giving me the same old same old ever shop does, "well.... youll have to bring it in and well charge to look at it" theyve helped me over the phone asking to describe it. Ive even had the receptionist pull a guy from the garage for his opinion! The only bad thing i have to say is, ive called numerous times to set up an appointment and tbe problem gets fixed by itself or i fix it, then forget to call and say its a no go on the appointment, or i do call and i emd up canceling. I feel so bad every time i do it because they are really good people! Thats my fault not theirs though. I have a 1973 corvette that was recently involved in a rear end hit, as soon as the body shop finishes with the back, everything i need done to it will be going to Natiomal Pride. My car was with them for over two months. When I received my car back it still was not working. I took the car back and according to them they fixed what was broken, but my car still was broken. I was told that they put a flywheel on my car, but my car was not working. This repair cost me over a thousand dollars, the customer service is terrible. I was in their parking lot and my car would not start and no one would help me. This was the worst service I ever had in my life, if you are considering taking your car to this shop don't. I will be reporting this organization to BBB.

Machined & assembled short block, when I went to finish assembling it, noticed a few things I didn't like. Ended up Paying a different engine builder to redo everything Dons did. Other service was just not the quality I paid for. I would not recommend them to anyone.
