Brake repair service near Richfield, WI

I recently used European Auto House to do a pre-purchase inspection for a 2014 Boxster that I was hoping to buy. I contacted Nathaniel who was very accommodating in setting up the inspection right away. He read my emails and responded to my questions right away. He was able to do the inspection the same day that I called. That afternoon he called me to discuss his findings. He very quickly figured out a number of things wrong with the car that I had no idea about. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me some very good advice about finding the right car for me. He saved me a lot of disappointment, headaches and money. I will call Nathaniel for the next inspection and I will certainly use him for service once I find my Porsche.

It is not easy finding a place you can trust when it comes to having your car fixed. I am glad I finally found a place that will do a great job and not try and screw you on price. Best prices in town and honest too. What more could you ask for.

April 11 I went to hofferts and asked if they could look at my car..as I'm having headlight problems..they said yes..you can bring you car In at 7:30 am tommrrow (friday April 12).so I went there...they looked at it figured out what the problem was then decided to tell me there gunna charge me a $35.00 diagnostic fee..I told them it woulda been nice too know that there was gunna be a fee when I made the appointment...all the mechanic said was I understand...not a good bussiness...I will never take my car back too them..they don't tell you important things up front...there's better auto mechanic shops around this city...don't trust these guys....

The team at Mraz replaced the transmission and clutch in my Mini Cooper (2003) in about a day. The longest wait was for parts from Mini USA, but they were able to have everything done very fast. The car came back spotless, and the price was much less than the dealer. They also accepted my extended dealer warrenty that I purchased when I bought my car with no problems.

Terrible experience, continuous brake noise post repairs. Do not trust, not resolution per Bob Lutter.

Most reviews on Prestige Auto Service in Glendale are favorable, however our experience with them was not. We took our Lexus SUV in for rear brakes (pads and rotars). While driving it home, we immediately notice a noise coming from the rear wheels and brought it back to them the following day. The owner, Scott, took it for a test drive and thought the rear brakes needed to be bled, so I agreed to have them do that (at a cost of coarse). We were still hearing the noise when we got it back. About a week later the noise suddenly began to sound like a freight train (seriously). A mechanic at service garage that I drove by said it sounded like the parking brake, which it turned out was the case. I had to have it towed to Prestige, at 7:45am on a Monday. They finally got it back to us on Wednesday at about 4:00pm. In all, we were without use of our SUV for 7 days-for a brake job. In all fairness, they fastened a shield that was loose under the truck- as a token of apology I suppose. They didn't charge me for fixing what they knew they missed, but I feel he should have gotten to it sooner. Sorry! We won't be back! Rudy (Shorewood)
