I made an appointment one day before and drove up their shop after two days of my scheduled appointment but I was treated like a regular customer and my car was taken in and worked on immediately. If you are in need of a great mechanic, Heppe's are your go-to guys. They made my 1996 Audi feel like I just drove it out of the showroom. Honest, good hard-working folks. Can't recommend them enough. I used to be a mechanic back in the day, but your average guy can't work on cars these days without expensive computers, etc. They truly know their stuff, are 1,000 times better than a dealer, and get the job done.
