Right rear seal leaking oil on our motorhome. Limped into Rock Springs not knowing who would be willing to work on it. Turned down by the Chevrolet dealer but referred me to Smith Power products. They were very accommodating and great to deal with. Believe the man I dealt with was "Wes"not sure of the name, can't say enough good about him. He was outstanding. Naturally the part for my W-22 had to be overnighted and that was a pain for his crew. They took it in stride and we were on our way in short order. Once again thank you Bob Soper

I was visiting in Rock Springs just for the weekend and Friday afternoon my car, a 1999 Ford Expedition, began making a horrible loud sound as I was returning to my grandchildren's home from the store. I was panicked because I'm an old grandmother and I was traveling alone. I needed to return to Salt Lake City on Sunday night and I didn't know what to do. I found Rock Springs Auto Repair on the internet and decided to give them a try. I called at 3:30 pm on Friday and a very pleasant woman told me to come right over and they would take a look at it. Chris, the service advisor, knew immediately what the problem was and told me they could fix it and have it back to me in the morning. At 5:20 p.m. that same day, I got a phone call from Chris saying that they had finished the repair and even though they closed at 5:30 p.m., they would wait for me to come and pick up my car. He showed me exactly what they had done and even showed me the tool that they needed to use to fix it. The charge ended up being less than he had originally told me.
