This service is not ethical or caring! Do not use! They had my car stored on there off site lot, and it had been striped for parts. When they notified us all and ask what we would like to do about it, all I asked for is a list off the missing parts. They said they would provide that for us but they never gave it to us and have since put us on a do not service list and has told us they got rid of the car!

I TOOK MY TRUCK TO MIKE MAY TO GET AN ESTIMATE, FREE DIAGNOSTIC AND A FEW DAYS LATER MY TRUCK WAS REPAIRED TO MY SURPRISE AND WITHOUT MY CONSENT. NEEDLES TO SAY, I WAS VERY ANGRY AND UPSET. I CALLED MIKE MAY SEVERAL TIMES TO TRY AND SPEAK WITH HIM ABOUT THESE REPAIRS BUT COULD'NT GET HIM ON THE PHONE. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS AND ONLY GETTING HIS SECRETARY, I JUST STOPPED CALLING. MIKE MAY THEN STARTED TO RETURN MY CALLS EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR, SO AFTER I FINALLY SPOKE TO HIM, HE TRIED TO INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE BY STATING THAT I HAD AUTHORIZED THE REPAIRS OVER THE PHONE AND THAT HE HAD THE CONVERSATION RECORDED. AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH HIM OVER THE PHONE I JUST DECIDED TO HANG UP AND CALL THE POLICE. THE POLICE MET ME THERE AND I EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT HAPPENED SO THEY WENT IN AND TALKED TO MIKE AND HE DENIED EVERYTHING AND POLICE CAME BACK OUT AND TOLD ME THAT I WAS "S.O.L." IN SO MANY WORDS AND THEN RECOMMENDED THAT I GET AN ATTORNEY. I'M STILL PURSUING THIS SITUATION.

Brought my 2000 Dakota in for heater Core replacement. Told it would take a day or two. Brought new set of headlights to be installed at 50 apiece. Two days turned into almost 2wks. due to additional work suggested. Freon replacement which turned into a new A/C condenser. New plugs, coil, and labor. 2350.oo later I pick up the truck and the engine light is still on. Told all systems were fine and to drive it a week while technician researched it. Drove it in town Fri and Sat but was in-operable at night because passenger headlight would not come on. Also, fog lights would come on by themselves and would not shut off short of disconnecting the battery. Was driving to La Grange on Mon. and didn't make it 50miles before it over heated,. Now I'm told the engine is beyond repair because I drove it to the first exit. If it was repaired it would not have over heated in the first place. Now I'm not only out 2350.00 I'm out transportation. Don't stay away from Auto Network…Run Away!
