This service is not ethical or caring! Do not use! They had my car stored on there off site lot, and it had been striped for parts. When they notified us all and ask what we would like to do about it, all I asked for is a list off the missing parts. They said they would provide that for us but they never gave it to us and have since put us on a do not service list and has told us they got rid of the car!

Have taken my vehicle to Smiths Transmission for a number of years. They have always been professional, and courteous. They are a full service repair facility, and have fixed both my transmission and have repaired various engine problems that I have had. They even followed up with me two weeks later to ensure that I was happy with the service and my vehicle was trouble free. I have never had a company do this. If you are looking for an honest, capable, and reasonable car repair, you cannot beat Masciovecchios. I have been to them four different times. Two of the four times, they didn't charge me a penny. On one occasion, they made a repair for under $100 that another repair shop has quoted for over $900. I will never use another auto repair shop.
