So i had a simple safety inspection done i scheduled an appt for 11:30... read more So i had a simple safety inspection done i scheduled an appt for 11:30 but got a text saying my appt was for 11 ok so i get there at a little before 11 no one waiting dead .. i sat there sat there i ask the lady at the desk ruffly how much longer bc ive been sitting here here almost 45 mins at this point she said it takes an hr in a grumpy kind of manner i said what lol it took ten mins the last time .. sooo finally i can see my car finally get pulled in at 11:33 so they all just stand around to the exact time my appt is .. and it only took ten mins after that .. I’ve never had problems here but i don’t think I’ll be returning i come here bc they were always nice and fast but this time super disappointed

Was told I needed front ball joints and was told how much it would cost me so wasn't able to get it inspected. Took it the same day to an inspection place and got car inspected was never told able bout front end joints. Will never take my car here. Never never never never again.
Auto shop ran diagnostic and saw that I needed new coil and spark plug... read more Auto shop ran diagnostic and saw that I needed new coil and spark plugs, but this is the same issue that I showed them on a print out I received from Advanced Auto. During the diagnostic they didn’t see any other issues which is completely crap. Soon as I received my car back my check engine light was back on. Before o brought my car in my car was shaking when I cranked it up. They claimed they fixed the issue and when I received my car back it was still shaking. When I drove home to Columbia, SC two days later my car begin to overheat on the highway! So this auto shop didn’t complete a full diagnostic? You didn’t check the fluids of the car? Recommend any other maintenance for the car? I would’ve paid whatever it took to have my car running with no issues and now I’m currently sitting another car repair shop trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with my car again. Terrible staff they don’t know what they’re doing. Over charging, if you work on a car and I actually get it repaired why am I being charged for the diagnostic? My first and absolutely last time getting service From this place. Plus I had to take a Lyft to the shop and my lift driver told me to avoid them but it was too late I was already going to pick up the car. He warned me that his friend had to sue Tuffy for not doing his job right. And once I find out what’s wrong with my car I’m going to sue y’all too I swear!!
