I called all over town after my car engine blew up going up the old fort mountain. I was met with being told it would be atleast a month before I could even get in at most shops.Derek's sent a rollback to retrieve my car that I had towed to my house and had me up and running in less than three weeks. I called to find out about getting repairs done to my car(1983 mercedes tdt) but they don't do those types. Without hesitation the lady not only recommended two other places but gave me their phone numbers. It's very rare in this day and time for that to happen.
