Then, lo and behold twenty minutes later when I was leaving I went for my GPS (in the glovebox) and saw it was missing, as well as all my GPS accessories, and my iPhone power cord. I approached the manager to discuss the issue and he claimed they were not responsible for any missing goods in the car and refused to question his service techs about it. I had just used my GPS to find this Jiffy Lube, so I know it was in the car prior to service. Thus I had no recourse but to contact headquarters at 480-367-1177 and file a complaint against the store manager at Jiffy Lube#1668.
