As a female, I always feel like I might be seen as an easy target for auto shops, thank goodness I discovered this place. My car wouldn't start and I couldn't jump it and these guys came to me, took my car in, and gave me a clear estimate without making me feel pressured to spend more than what I could afford just to get my car back. They found some other issues and gave estimates on those but nothing was done to my car before advising me so i knew exactly what was due at the end of the day.

I was referred to Jeff by a stranger who fixed my flat tire about 2 months ago. I visited the business yesterday and Jeff was very honest, open with the evaluation. He invited me to look under the car to see what was wrong with the tires and he corrected the problem without any charge because it was due to loose nuts in the tie rods. He double checked all the tires to ensure they were on tight and sent me on my way. I feel because I am a female, sometimes, I have been taken for a ride and sold a bill of goods. However, in this case, I had experienced an honest mechanic and that is rare in my experience with mechanics. I give him a high rating for excellent service and I respect the man who recommended him although I have never seen him again. Jeff gets my business from now on!

Ownership/management has changed from Ken to Diego and Sergio, and we continue to use them for years now. Word of mouth was how I came to Sunland Auto. I was told to get an estimate from them, and to see what I thought. I was told they were honest, fair, and their work was professional. I had done my research and decided to let Sunland work on my truck. I have been going to Sunland for all my truck needs since. It has been over 3 years, and I couldn't be happier to have found Sunland Auto! I met Scott and his team, and have been so impressed with their professionalism, honesty, and very fair pricing for any of the work I have had done in the past 3 years. I have always been happy. I can't say enough of how good it feels to have a great mechanic that goes beyond and above to care for what you are bringing your vehicle in for. Be it an oil change or a rebuild engine, the way my truck is serviced and how I am treated is always professional and pleasant. Today that is saying a lot!
