These guys are AWESOME! I called and spoke to Ryan who was really nice an knowledgeable. He came out to my home and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I have been trying for 2 months to get my car to pass emmissions and Ryan fixed my call all while I was doing laundry and cooking dinner. Being a female , we tend to get taken advatage of since most of us do not know enough about cars. With Ryan I was comforted and know he was looking out for my best interests. I would recommend them to everyone

Driving to work on a Friday I noticed a metal squeak sound coming from my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. I had other commitments on Saturday, so Sunday morning around 10 am I took my Jeep to Pep Boys on Ina and described the problem. They were very friendly and courteous and took me without an appointment. I expected to have to leave the Jeep for a few days, but around 3pm I got a call telling me they had diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for repair. I agreed to the price and my Jeep was ready to pick up by 5pm. Did I mention this all happened on a SUNDAY and without an appointment? Later that week I checked the price with another repair shop and what Pep Boys charged was comperable. Great service, great price, HIGHLY recommended.

Being from out-of-state I was concern on getting an honest evaluation on my front end problem. The noise when turning the steering wheel sounded serious. I figured it had to be a suspension problem. The mechanic at Alignment, Brake, and Suspension’s Specialists determine that the suspension was sound and that the car was safe to drive. If the noise persisted bring back the car for further evaluation. I could have been falsely charged for a fix but they charged nothing for their time looking for the problem. I highly recommend them for there honest treatment of customers.

This is my second time bringing my 2010 Toyota Camry for a trans fluid exchange . I like doing that a little more often than the book says as i feel it can't harm to be extra cautious as a transmission replacement is far more expensive . I feel so far a good job was done but the only thing I find is the impersonal feelings I get as I wanted to ask the Tech who did the job about the actual condition of the all synthetic fluid and when he test rode the car what was his thought on the shifting and general condition of the trans having 90 thousand miles on it now . I have a 25 plus year old car that I keep in good condition and I am guessing that its old school thinking with my Toyota that you bring in the car after a few days to have the fluid re-checked to make sure the level is where it needs to be . More Tech conversation would be nicer for the customer but i am guessing that if every customer wanted to ask the tech questions about there car then the Tech would get way behind in his work . I just wanted to mention that but feel they do good work for less than the price of a dealership .

On 1/4/2017, oil change, 1992 Chevrolet Caprice wagon. Manager said you need new batter. I mentioned, 350 HP 5.7 litter V8, give me the biggest best most powerful batter. August 2, 2019 My Birthday, after teaching history public school, went to the bank...the car was just clicking. The manager at the bank gave me a jump start. Midas could not take me that night for battery, Break Masters took me, 157.99 ^60 months free replacement. It was just $20.00 to extend from 30 month. Mr. Manager at the Midas never mentioned the warranty. I called Midas the next day 8/3/2019, he would not get on the phone. I went in person, and he said to take the battery back and take uber to get to Shop. While calling Break Masters (I knew the would take the battery back, and Uber could not transport my car). I called Midas corporate on August 3, 2019, and they said someone will call you. I called back on 8/7, no one called me back, and I called on 8/16/2019 and Frank in Florida was worse then Frank, he was rude Frank. The Manager at the Franchise said he "already tolled me to take Uber". Midas corp will not help with Franchise. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP, poor work mechanics, poor customer service, poor they do not stand by their products/parts. On scale of 1-10. ZERO. Recap..Battery died on my Birthday, AAA takes 1-2 hours in the boil hot weather, I did not want to leave my 1992 Caprice Wagon outside of Midas in Tucson, better in my garage: Midas 8/2/2019 $161.99 (24 month battery warranty and they do not explain at time of purchase, they would not take me on 8/2/19. Break Masters did and 60 month replace at 157.99. The Midas (rude, mean, anti semetic, and not reliable, and hate on Tucson Teachers.

I took my car into MPG a couple weeks ago for an alignment. They told me they couldn't complete it because my front left strut mount was shot. They would need to replace the strut mount and both front struts, which would cost $825. My struts had just been changed out 18 months before (they didn't think I was smart enough to remember?), so I bought a new left front strut mount (for 20% less than what MPG was going to charge me) at a car parts store, and a friend of mine changed out. Except it didn't need to be changed out. There was nothing wrong with it. Not only did they lie about the whole need for repair--beginning to end--but they wasted a couple hours of my friend's Saturday afternoon. If I could give MPG negative stars, I would.

DO NOT patronize this business!!!!! I have always used them for batteries for my cars in Tucson, but yesterday they refused to honor the warranty on my three year battery when it failed after two years because it was my "show car" and only driven about once a week (or every two weeks). They claimed there was "always some power draining the battery"....but my car has a KILL SWITCH which I always use for that very reason. I immediately called their corporate office and explained the situation and they said I was correct and they should have honored the three year warranty....what a rip off and I suspect it was because I was a woman and they thought I didn't know better! After getting validation by corporate I took it to Pep Boys on 22nd St. and they immediately agreed that it should have been replaced under the warranty and they cheerfully did so at the prorated price. Rest asssured that car show community in Tucson will know all about this scam.

hI took my truck in got an old change then the transmission fluid changed a engine tension pulley ok then is started rough and not holding an idle. Then he put in a rebuilt fuel injector racing for time with his idiot staff the left the injector in the engine and came romping out when i drove it later that night. Had it towed he has it for almost a week, Figured they fixed it with a bad clip wiring problem, NO then it would start when I picked it up. LOL. So his prime idiot Dave or vaping Dave said it was a coil problem and work ed on vacuum lines, Didn't solve the problem Then Ricky the owner took i t for a test drive and said it was close. Recommended I leave it with him. I did then the solution was a new distributor and or fuel body, Really !! .They get you in for a $9.99 oil change and all the tv entertainment when you wait, THE END OF THIS STORY IS I TOOK IT TO A DIFFERENT MECHANIC WHO PUT IN A NEW DISTRIBUTOR NEW MASS AIR METER STARTER MOTOR FOR A TOTAL COST OF $1200 WHICH IT STILL HARDLY STARTED EVEN NEW PLUGS . THAT WAS A RIPOFF THE 3RD MECHANIC FOUND THE PROBLEM IT WAS THE FUEL INJECTOR TAuto Dynamic Specialists HAD I ORIGINALLY PUT IN WAS TAMPERED WITH BY THEM AND WAS LEAKING. AXD COSTS ME$ 275 THAT WAS REPLACED AND NOW WORKING GOOD.MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR RECOMENDATIONS AND TAKE YOUR CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE
