I just had Justin Johnson with wrench inc out here and he was able to solve a problem 2others gave up on. He was very nice and professional. He never gave up and did an excellent job. It wasn't a great experience, you tried to charge an outrageous price for things that have already been replaced and fixed, and over charged a job,and gave back the vehicle in the same condition!So no it wasn't a good experience and I'll let everyone know on all social media platforms!

I recently had the privilege of meeting owner Jim Garnand who when presented with my problem resolved it most immediately and with the utmost grace and class. Hats off to the Hi-Tech Car Care team. I took my previously owned ML 350 in for a B service at 56K miles. They took care to discuss with me what would be done. Mr. Piech, who worked on the car did phenomenal work. I thought the car rode smoothly before I brought it in, but Mr. Piech re-lubed the chassis and now it rides like it came out of the showroom. He also noted that the brake fluid needed replacing, and the difference in braking is noticeable. He let me know things that were fine, but noted item I need to keep an eye on (for example, difference in brake pad wear). It's nice to know I have found a shop where people still take pride in their work. I have already recommended the shop to two of my friends, and I'll be bringing my car here for as long as I own it.

Amazing Service ! The staff is honest and gets straight to the problem. We took our 2014 Maxima to them because the air wasn't blowing cold. They did an AC recharge and oil change. I came back a week later and they re-checked everything to make sure we had no leaks. We had been told by our local BIG O that we didn't have a cabin air filter and needed one (but decided to pass) . When they were doing the final check they mentioned that our cabin air filter needed replaced. I was amazed because we had been told twice by BIG O that we didn't have one. Will was even kind enough to bring it out and show it to me. I'm thankful to find an honest and reliable shop ! I've had a hard time finding a dealership or shop that we can trust. I LOVE THIS company. It literally made my day. My oil light came on during my drive to work and I went online and booked an appointment for that same day. They came to my work and it was done within an hour. They even put air in my tire that was low. Brent (my oil service guy) came, made it so easy and even vacuumed my car! I will for sure use this company going forward. Everything from the online service, to the emailed receipt, to the customer service was amazing. I would suggest them to everyone. Go Wrench! Alvie is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He explained services to me so I understood what he was doing. He's also affordable. I went to midas to get my brake pads replaced and they told me I was going to need a ton of work done, which would end up costing about $500. I went to Alvie and he inspected my brakes, and told me what I actually needed, which is none of what Midas recommended to me. He saved me so much money, and so much stress! Kacey Rene

I'm not a big review writer, but when a testimonial is deserved, I'll make a point to give it. Everyone at Tech1Auto was great! Fred had me come in the day I called and they did a perfect job repairing my car. These guys know what they're doing and do what needs to be done... and at a fair price. They made it simple, took care of the issues quickly and professionally, and immediately made me a new long time customer. The experience was like going back in time, when taking your car into the shop was more like getting a haircut... with confidence, care, and familiarity. I would recommend Tech1 to anyone that's trying to find that one last really good auto-shop.

Many issues here. 1. They are insurance adjuster friendly. In essence minimal repair work, and anything they damage is a fight to get corrected. 2. They do not admit their mistakes if they make one. (According to them they don't make mistakes.) 3. They will argue over the definition of what prior damage was if they think they are correct and tell you you are wrong and not make it right, even when obvious. 4. They are correct the customer is wrong in how they handle issues. If you ever get involved in a minor bumper issue, don't go here! They will try to fix it vs replace it, even if the bumper is warped after the accident. Leaving ripples and cracks they paint over and sows up right away. They will claim it is prior damage even if there is no records to back up their claim. They will give the best quote for the least work to keep providers like All State making them a preferred body shop. What they really mean is a preferred rip off shop. They are the worst body shop in the valley by a long shot. And I have dealt with several. I have never been treated so poorly, and belittled by any business ever. Their manager was not helpful in resolving the issues we had either. The office ladies were snarky and twisted details, and also lied to the insurance company about certain details of the damages to save face. The uper management and owners of this company should be checking on this asap. These are serious issues that may lead to legal repercussions if not resolved.

Awesome mom and pop business, I thought I was going to spend a lot of money and also miss work the next day but nope they fixed my truck the same day . What was so cool was the wife gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was ready. I had my truck towed there at 430 and they stayed late to fix it. You can't get that kind of service at a franchise business. I highly recommend this place and it's not the first time they have got me out of a jamb......

LOVE these guys! They did quality job that five other mechanics wanted 3600-5000. This shop charged me less than half of the total. We essentially had to replace half the engine. Trustworthy and understand that our vehicles are our lifeline to our lives. Very professional, treated my car and myself like family. Screw the other guys, Surprise Auto is my new mechanical home!
