I LOVE THIS company. It literally made my day. My oil light came on during my drive to work and I went online and booked an appointment for that same day. They came to my work and it was done within an hour. They even put air in my tire that was low. Brent (my oil service guy) came, made it so easy and even vacuumed my car! I will for sure use this company going forward. Everything from the online service, to the emailed receipt, to the customer service was amazing. I would suggest them to everyone. Go Wrench! In my experience the owner goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great and honest experience with his company! After 10 years of consistent oil changes with three different vehicles they have only told me once that they found something that needed attention. If they suggest that you need something repaired, you really do need it. I recently got my brakes fixed and they did a great job. I truly appreciate how thorough all of the mechanics are even if it is just an oil change. I really appreciate the candor used when explaining what they have done to my vehicles and what they suggest might need to be done. I really trust this company!! I would recommend and have recommended AutoVaun to anyone who asks for an honest mechanic. The people who I have suggested going here have also been impressed. Amazing Service ! The staff is honest and gets straight to the problem. We took our 2014 Maxima to them because the air wasn't blowing cold. They did an AC recharge and oil change. I came back a week later and they re-checked everything to make sure we had no leaks. We had been told by our local BIG O that we didn't have a cabin air filter and needed one (but decided to pass) . When they were doing the final check they mentioned that our cabin air filter needed replaced. I was amazed because we had been told twice by BIG O that we didn't have one. Will was even kind enough to bring it out and show it to me. I'm thankful to find an honest and reliable shop ! I've had a hard time finding a dealership or shop that we can trust. Very satisfied with the great service.

I took my previously owned ML 350 in for a B service at 56K miles. They took care to discuss with me what would be done. Mr. Piech, who worked on the car did phenomenal work. I thought the car rode smoothly before I brought it in, but Mr. Piech re-lubed the chassis and now it rides like it came out of the showroom. He also noted that the brake fluid needed replacing, and the difference in braking is noticeable. He let me know things that were fine, but noted item I need to keep an eye on (for example, difference in brake pad wear). It's nice to know I have found a shop where people still take pride in their work. I have already recommended the shop to two of my friends, and I'll be bringing my car here for as long as I own it.

We have been going to Arizona Exclusive Care Care for over 20 years Ivan has serviced all of our Honda Vehicles they are Great at what they do. We will continue to bring our cars to him. I recommend him to all my family and friends.

I just had Justin Johnson with wrench inc out here and he was able to solve a problem 2others gave up on. He was very nice and professional. He never gave up and did an excellent job. It wasn't a great experience, you tried to charge an outrageous price for things that have already been replaced and fixed, and over charged a job,and gave back the vehicle in the same condition!So no it wasn't a good experience and I'll let everyone know on all social media platforms!

As a female, I always feel like I might be seen as an easy target for auto shops, thank goodness I discovered this place. My car wouldn't start and I couldn't jump it and these guys came to me, took my car in, and gave me a clear estimate without making me feel pressured to spend more than what I could afford just to get my car back. They found some other issues and gave estimates on those but nothing was done to my car before advising me so i knew exactly what was due at the end of the day.

I was referred to Jeff by a stranger who fixed my flat tire about 2 months ago. I visited the business yesterday and Jeff was very honest, open with the evaluation. He invited me to look under the car to see what was wrong with the tires and he corrected the problem without any charge because it was due to loose nuts in the tie rods. He double checked all the tires to ensure they were on tight and sent me on my way. I feel because I am a female, sometimes, I have been taken for a ride and sold a bill of goods. However, in this case, I had experienced an honest mechanic and that is rare in my experience with mechanics. I give him a high rating for excellent service and I respect the man who recommended him although I have never seen him again. Jeff gets my business from now on!

Today was my first visit to Schorie and it was a great experience as opposed to other repair shops! I believe I actually found a decent, honest and respectful auto repair shop. I took my car to them with a right rear wheel making a loud scraping noise. I thought surely it was an issue with my brakes hence preparing for a large repair bill! It was the exact opposite when Rick came out and said it wasn’t the brakes but a back plate somehow got bent and was rubbing up against the rotor. I was shocked knowing how many shops would have come out and said that will cost $500 or so to fix. When I asked him what I owed for the repair Rick said “Nothing at all, it was an easy fix”. how many repair shops would have done that? I guess you know where I’ll be taking my car for any further repairs! Thank you Schorie Team….

As a mechanic myself that has moved into a different line of work I can fully recommend all the guys here at The Brake Shop. With my new responsibilities I don't always have the time I wish I did to do my own repairs. When I was new to the area I shopped around and talked to a lot of shops before having any work done. These guys are class act. They know their stuff and they put a great guarantee on their work. Honesty, reliability, and quality is the mantra here. After reading some of these reviews about being a "scam" or the guys looking for extra money... I'm not so sure if these people really used the same shop. I continue to refer friends/acquaintances/co-workers here when I don't have time to handle their repairs and all 5 of them have yet to have a less than stellar experience and reported back full satisfaction to me.
