Always a great experience, from scheduling to excellent work done quickly to fabulous staff! They are honest and never pushy, never trying to sell me something I don't need. It is like going to a friend you trust. And I just learned that they do tires too, so I will have them replace mine when it's time for that!

Great mechanics and friendly staff. Owner really knows that the repair shop is there to get things right and not just charge up ur card. Great turn around times, shuttle service is awesome feature, and coffee and tv for the quick work. Ill never take my car anywhere else.

In my experience the owner goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great and honest experience with his company! After 10 years of consistent oil changes with three different vehicles they have only told me once that they found something that needed attention. If they suggest that you need something repaired, you really do need it. I recently got my brakes fixed and they did a great job. I truly appreciate how thorough all of the mechanics are even if it is just an oil change. I really appreciate the candor used when explaining what they have done to my vehicles and what they suggest might need to be done. I really trust this company!! I would recommend and have recommended AutoVaun to anyone who asks for an honest mechanic. The people who I have suggested going here have also been impressed. Amazing Service ! The staff is honest and gets straight to the problem. We took our 2014 Maxima to them because the air wasn't blowing cold. They did an AC recharge and oil change. I came back a week later and they re-checked everything to make sure we had no leaks. We had been told by our local BIG O that we didn't have a cabin air filter and needed one (but decided to pass) . When they were doing the final check they mentioned that our cabin air filter needed replaced. I was amazed because we had been told twice by BIG O that we didn't have one. Will was even kind enough to bring it out and show it to me. I'm thankful to find an honest and reliable shop ! I've had a hard time finding a dealership or shop that we can trust. Spencer's now has my service ! No scare tactics/pressure to up-sell on unneeded products here <3 Samantha Herbaugh

These guys are great when it comes to service. I was so glad I found these guys. After a nightmare experience with another local "mechanic" , and I use that term very loosely, I'm glad to see there are still honest shops out there. These guys are good at what they do, offer fast turn-a-round and I found them to be one of the lowest rates around. Also, these guys will walk you through what they've done and only service what's necessary. No b.s. or adding extra services I didn't need like the 1st shop. Thanks again Preston.
