Took my 2000 ford f250 in for a smog. Right off the bat the lady behind the counter had a bad attitude. Then the smog tech started questioning the CARB compliant banks power system that has been installed on my truck for years. Was rudely asked to get my truck out of the way when i tried to call banks so they could explain it is 100% compliant. Decided to go somewhere else so went to pay. My family lost everything in the north compex fires last year so i mentioned I hated seeing $50 wasted. Lady behind the counter told me to take my attitude out of her office. I mentioned that she had an attitude the second i walked in. She then threw my debit card at me and told me to get out of her office. I asked for my registration paperwork, and was told no, get out of her office or she would call the police on me. I did absolutely nothing to warrant being threatened with police. If it wasn't so hot, and i wasnt so tired from work, i wpuld have sat and let her call them. I broke no laws and simply wanted my registration. These guys are an obvious scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Will drive the extra hour to Oroville and use an honest smog, they are friendly, and professional.
