I do most of my automotive service myself. What I don't do, or can't do, goes to the few places I trust. Harbor Brake Service is a place I trust, and have for years even back in the days of Fred and Wayne Lebsack. Evan -- the current owner -- maintains the tradition of honesty and fairness. He will tell you when something truly needs to be done, and he'll let you know when something can wait. His prices are competitive and excellent for the quality. I've had brakes done, along with occasional suspension work, and it is the absolute only place I will go for an alignment. He will work with you to arrange a convenient appointment, and works fast. Other than being a longtime satisfied customer, I have no connection with Harbor Brake. I consider it one of the best automotive service centers in the entire county. You won't be disappointed.

Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. This was the only place that can get my tire on the fly. I have a tire size that's hard to find quickly and The pricing was perfect. The service was great!! And pretty quick. I came in today and will be back in a few weeks for more work. I had a screw that was in a very bad area of my tire preventing it to be repaired. Before they charged me for the tire they took a look to see if it was repairable. Thanks guys!! Darcie Ragans

I have been a loyal client of Bauer for many years now. Their services are top knotch and always timely!They have very fair pricing, kind staff, and a great place to sit and relax if you need to kill some time. This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...
