Collision repair service near Artesia, CA

Never go this shop because they did a crappy job on my car. My car had accident and i have to bring my car to this body shop due to my insurance.My car stayed for a week.When i pick up my car and drove it i heard a squeaky sound at the front right side of my car and end up bringing it back to the shop.The body shop said they can check on it and my car stayed for another 3 days.When i pick up my car the second time they said the squeky sound will go away after i drive for more than 15 miles.To make the long story short after i drove for more than 60 miles the squeky sound is still present.So, i brought my car to the dealership and they found out that the body shop never re-align my steering wheel alighment and the engine mount was also not re-align which the body shop is supposed to do. I am glad i brought it to the dealership and notified my inaurance about it. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BODY SHOP...

My sons Mustang was in our garage seems like forever we tried to get it towed to a shop but they wouldnt send a flat bed tow truck even when we request one about 3xs so my husband decided to put the fuel pump in himself while at the Auto Zone my husband met Ali and Ali gave him some advice and his ph# and said that he was mobile.We then decided to have Ali put the pump in. You can tell he KNOWS what he's doing/talking about.Ali had the fuel pump in it didn't take him long at all. And the price was GREAT!! From now on Ali will be our Mechanic and no one else!! THANK YOU ALI!!!

These people have no idea what they are doing. Completely botched my repair. I had a bad sense going in and should have listened to my instincts. Mistake!! Take your car somewhere else unless you want to pay a second time to redo what they mishandled.

Gabriel is a great mechanic that does all my repairs. Very honest! I highly recommend him as a mechanic.

ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

I give this dealership five stars! They were considerate, fast, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend this autobody to everyone knowing they will provide the same excellent service that I received.

Save yourself the time shopping estimates and go here! They are SO nice and do a great job! Even better, after I was struck by another car, they gave me the only sane and fair price out of any of the body shops in silverlake and echo park. Hopefully I don't have to go back, but if anything else happens to my car aram is my go to!!!

I was in an accident Jan 2011 that was ruled 100% not my fault and took my truck to CCC. This turned out to be a disaster! -It took just nearly THREE MONTHS for me to get my truck back -In an effort for the CCC to save a few hundred bucks it cost me $1000 OF MY OWN MONEY (the truck cost 14K). This was because the insurance co. deemed that CCC was overpricing them and charged me the rental price. -They placed an old used bed on the back of my truck "made it look new." I'm fine with that, despite it being in mint condition, but it took so many man-hours to "fix" the old bed that the insurance company refused to pay them -I had to finally take multiple days off to act as a negotiator between the collision center and the insurance adjuster to finally settle the deal-a job that CCC had advertised that they would manage BOTTOM LINE: CCC's customer service was abysmal (even though I got management involved-didn't help) and the only guy that was 100% not at fault (yours truly) ended up paying a THOUSAND DOLLARS of his own money/not to mention time off work for the Collision Center's (and Insurance Company's) incompetence!
