Excellent customer service at this American Tire Depot, I didn't had no problem at the first tire depot in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd when I purchase my tire set but after today I'm really disapointed I called a appt for my tires to be rotated the guy was able to give me the appt the same day I was happy but meanwhile my truck was getting a oil change @ the dealership which took almost 2hrs instead of 1hr so made me late to my appt at American tire depot in Torrance so I get there and the guy didn't want to help me at all because it was almost 3 o'clock and had 4 cars ahead of me. I wouldn't mind to wait but he didn't even offer me. Instead he wanted to give me an appt for tomorrow, so I started calling all the American Tire depot around my area and found me the 1 in Hawthorne in Rosecrans Ave the guy who answer my called told me to come in and was going to help me with my rotation and they sure did help me ASAP when I got there and was out in less then a 1hr thank you guys so so so much for your help. I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything. Within a 2 week period, 3 of my 4 tires had nails and screws found in them. I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back! This is one mechanic shop that you would like to visit when you really need your car fixed. They really take care of you, very honest, reasonable and they do things right the first time. My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!

My charger rides so good after the tune-up they gave me, I had a very long drive so I decided to get a tune-up first, so glad I did! They do amazing work!
