He took the time to explain the process, gave us up front pricing and made sure the car would be done in time for our trip. The best part was the loaner vehicle {for Free}, Who does that? We didn't feel stupid or ripped off. I have told 3 of friends 2 of which have gone to see Bill and Evan { the master mechanic and majority owner} and I have gotten rave reviews!! First time customer here. I was recommended by a friend and since I have absolutely no clue on the everything car except how to drive them I was a little apprehensive. I initially was prepared to spend around $150 - $200 for new brakes. Shortly after dropping my car off I received a call letting me know that my brakes were fine and instead I only needed to replace a small part. SAY WHAT?!? Needless to say, I also decided to get my oil change. Everything came to around $60! Fantastic service! No BS. I definitely recommend them!
