Audi Repair
Shawn and his team do great work! I have been bringing my 1998 Audi A4 Avant to him for service for over 7 years. It has over 240k miles on it and Pacific German has kept it running smoothly even as parts become harder to find for the older Audis. They have always been extremely honest and provided great service. My last trip to Pacific German was for a grinding noise that only occurred during downshifting and an Engine Warning that had not reset. Apparently, a muffler clamp had shifted and was occasionally rubbing on the drive shaft. The Engine warning was caused by a failure in the Secondary Air Injection Pump caused by the rivets holding the pump together failing with age. Instead of delaying the repair to order a new pump, they replaced the failing rivets with new fasteners and saved me the cost and delay of ordering a new pump. Great work and service yet again from Pacific German.

VW Repair
I had a great experience with my 2013 VW GTI here. Cat-back Exhaust, lowering, and spacers last year. Now I'm finally headed back for the big boy tune and the downpipe next week. I highly recommend Pacific German. The Setterstrom boys will set you up right, they do everything above board, and they just want you to love your car.
