The service I received from Caliber and especially Deidre made me a fan of Caliber Collision. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. The manager offered all of us sitting waiting to pick up our cars a bottle of chilled water, the girl at the desk was very kind and helpful and Deidre took excellent care of me and my car. It's such a big help to have Enterprise right there in the Collision Center Bldg, it simplified my time and helped me to get to my office on time. This place is a scam and rip me off.... took my car in for not starting. they piggy back a connector to my fuel pump relay and charged me for something that it was not even replaced!!!! found out from another shop when the car have the same issues and symptoms. DON'T TAKE TO THIS PLACE!!! call them and never call me back. DO NOT TAKE TO THIS PLACE!! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF THE OWNER IS A CROOK!!!
