I worked with Joe primarily, who was very quick, always answered my calls, and was very friendly. He made sure everything was right before I pulled out of the lot. Dented my car and refused to take responsibility for it. Owner claimed they never made mistakes and never got complaints, and insisted the car was already dented. It wasn't.

My cash passport /mastercard that was STOLEN was used twice to make purchases at your servo at 9.03am and 9.07am on July 25th, 2012 - how can these purchases be approved by you?????? the card is chip and pin protected. They had the card but DID NOT have the PIN ?????? This matter is being investigated. Thought I would let you know cause if it happens again, you will be the one footing the bill for these illegal transactions.
