The car wash is fantastic and the car wash workers work hard. However-there is a problem with the counter cahiers. There is an older, curly grey haired lady and a large African American lady. I have been coming in for the past 6 months-and they have always been very unfriendly and seem to be very non-caring about both their job and their customers. I just think that both of them need to be replaced with a much friendlier person!

Do NOT go to Bad Bud's car wash at 6777 N. Cedar Avenue. They will jack up your car! I went there on Friday 10/21/13 and my convertible top on my car was ripped to shreds. I filed a report with them and they told me they would get back to me today. I just heard from them and they told me that because my car was 10 years old that they weren't going to do anything about it. He said that the attendant told him that when she sprayed my car there was water leaking and that she told me about it before I went in, which is a bold faced lie. Had she told me that, I would have backed out of there and not gone through the wash. I told him about the car in front of me that had a ladder that was strapped down on a platform behind his car and that it had been ripped off and the straps bent up so obviously their settings were set too high. I had to wait until the attendant went into the car wash to retrieve it before I could go through and he said ladders fall all the time. (this one was strapped down and the metal restraints were bent afterwards...I looked as I drove by...that should have told me something but by that time I was committed) At any rate, I told him that regardless of the cars age, his equipment ripped it to shreds and that's the bottom line. He basically said screw you! (not in those words, but that is exactly what he meant) I told him I was going to tell everyone I knew that this is the way he runs his business. He said go ahead... So, DO NOT go to this car wash if you value your car. I hope every one of you shares this. If I could give this zero stars, I would. This establishment is not ethical.

I called to ask about a single repair cost and was immediately treated like I was an idiot. The man who answered began telling me about other things that would possibly need to be repaired once he "got in there". I said that I was only interested in hearing the cost of the actual repair I called about and was told "that's fine if you just want the car to run for half a year". Why would I risk going to this place. I guess I would be an idiot if I went there since he is letting me know upfront that he will be "finding other repair costs". No thanks!
