Dear Joe I am the business owner not him. I've been in business many years and I'm sorry that you had a disappointing experience. That person is no longer employed at the shop. If you get a chance please stop by the shop and ask for the owners number and I will try to do my best to change your opinion about Platinum Smog. I only want satisfied and happy customers. They are friendly and honest and did a good job on my car. I am so sensitive on my car and it was hard to find a reliable place , here at this place they gives you confidence to trust them. They are offering the cheapest price in town and they have unbelievable price for smog which is only for $40 everything smog fee and certificate. I'll be back for sure.
