Absolutely the best mechanic EVER. Brian is the man. Honest, forthright, bright, knows BMW's in and out and a true gentleman. He is my mechanic for life. Thoughtful, thorough, precise, accurate, fair, trust worthy, generous. All that praise, is it possible? Yes. Try it. Brian will never disappoint. I took my BMW 330ci to him after the car was meticulously maintained by the dealer for more than 10 years but I let it go for almost 22k miles and just when it was dying I took it to Brian. After the service and a thorough look Brian brought it back to almost new and it works like a charm as I commute the hill and back daily. Brian, thanks for fixing my seat motor for free. thanks for renewing my oil for free. thanks for all your advice and your friendship. Honesty pays and he knows it.

You guys are always the best. Juan was very considerate to explain everything on the phone to me in detail. He made suggestions for when things have to be fixed/replaced at our next visit. I had been going to this shop for 15 years. Until recently (last 6 years) they have been great. Last year I was charged $2,700.00 for a brake repair and a 60,000 tune up and some mystery belt and hose repair due to "rodent damage". Recently I returned because the car wasn't starting correctly and using excess fuel. They charged me $130.00 for a diagnostic and an oil change I asked them NOT to do. I drove my car to the dealer who found the air filter compartment left open. The dealer has since found belts that were never changed, and re-programmed my car's computer at no cost. The dealer reviewed my work order (which was missing some important information that Integrity could NOT print out for me because the computer wasn't working) from Integrity and said I was over-charged 100-125%. The last visit to Integrity I was told my car had a blown head gasket and needed a new engine, but the dealer found the car to be in perfect working order except for the open air filter compartment. This place is full of incompetent, lying scammers. If you have money to toss away, give it to them, but take your car else where if you want it fixed. One star is one too many. AAA certified? I think not.

Just got a few suspension related stuff fixed at BTM and the folks at BTM Mike and Brad did a fantastic job on the car. At 160k, my bimmeer runs like a brand new one. keep up the good work guys.. -Murthy
