My charger rides so good after the tune-up they gave me, I had a very long drive so I decided to get a tune-up first, so glad I did! They do amazing work!

This is the worst and dishonest place that I had my car worked on. I paid more than double the price to include pre-paint preparation to make sure the paint work will last in areas that I was concerned with. After a few months the paint started to look terrible on the hood of my 1997 BMW 740il. I went back to have them fix it and the uncooperative rude manager refused to fix it and told me I had to pay to have it fixed. It was the problem of my original car's paint job that caused the problem. This is a terrible place to go and another friend of mine also had problems with this place. I am going to take them to small claims court. Stay away from this place.

I created an account just to write a review for this shop. The owner, Israel, is a scam artist. I brought my car in for an estimate after a decent fender bender, the estimate was ridiculously over-priced so I called him to let him know that I would be taking it to another shop for another estimate and that I would compare the two to pick the better option for me. Reasonable request, right? When I got to the shop, the entire front of the car had been disassembled WITHOUT my permission and he refused to reassemble or release the car unless we paid him $262 in cash. $25 for the estimate, $105 for holding the car overnight, and $132 to reassemble the car so I could take it to the other mechanic. Did I mention, that he changed those prices multiple times throughout the conversation? This man is not to be trusted and is now currently dealing wit the Bureau of Automotive Repair as a result of his actions at no fault but his own. If you want to find an incredible mechanic, go to Lotsi at International Auto Specialists, its just down the street. My family has used his shop for 15 years and he treats his customers, literally, like family.

ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

Save yourself the time shopping estimates and go here! They are SO nice and do a great job! Even better, after I was struck by another car, they gave me the only sane and fair price out of any of the body shops in silverlake and echo park. Hopefully I don't have to go back, but if anything else happens to my car aram is my go to!!!

As a new resident to LA, West Coast Tire was very helpful in fixing my tire that was under road hazard warranty from another shop out of state. I worked with Joe primarily, who was very quick, always answered my calls, and was very friendly. He made sure everything was right before I pulled out of the lot. I will definitely go back to West Coast again.

I was in an accident Jan 2011 that was ruled 100% not my fault and took my truck to CCC. This turned out to be a disaster! -It took just nearly THREE MONTHS for me to get my truck back -In an effort for the CCC to save a few hundred bucks it cost me $1000 OF MY OWN MONEY (the truck cost 14K). This was because the insurance co. deemed that CCC was overpricing them and charged me the rental price. -They placed an old used bed on the back of my truck "made it look new." I'm fine with that, despite it being in mint condition, but it took so many man-hours to "fix" the old bed that the insurance company refused to pay them -I had to finally take multiple days off to act as a negotiator between the collision center and the insurance adjuster to finally settle the deal-a job that CCC had advertised that they would manage BOTTOM LINE: CCC's customer service was abysmal (even though I got management involved-didn't help) and the only guy that was 100% not at fault (yours truly) ended up paying a THOUSAND DOLLARS of his own money/not to mention time off work for the Collision Center's (and Insurance Company's) incompetence!
