Emissions testing service near Irvine, CA

Today 8/8/2015 I took my truck to SmogZone at 12365 it was about 3:45PM, they closed at 4:00PM. I was greeted by John Yang who speaks limited English. In short he ran a SMOG Test on my truck, he never brought it into the bay to run any RPM tests. At 4PM he tells me "Oh your truck didn't pass." On the form he points to Smoke Check. He said "I do not know what that is, you must go to a SMOG Certification to have it checked, I'll charge you $35 to retest in 30 days." I was so upset, the truck has 36,000 miles, not a hint of smoke. I came home and looked up Smoke Check and found he is the one who enters Smoke Check. I plan to dispute the $49.75 he charged me. I should have known based on their previous bad reviews not to go there.

This is by far the BEST,HONEST,INEXPENSIVE,AND GREATEST STAFF ANYWHERE! I want to mention "Victor",as he is so wonderful, sweet,and kind. He also is willing to check under the hood for FREE if I think something is wrong! Thanks Victor, and all the guys, Deborah Wesson
