My Mercedes broke down while I was at work at FOX Studio, I ask my co-worker for recommended Mercedes shop in the area which are good reliable and not expensive, they recommend Mercedes Autotech in Culver City. I call the shop and got confindence about their knoledge and specializing in Mercedes and BMW, they send the tow truck to pick up my car at no charge, I got an E-mail with all what needed to repair report and estimate which was fair and honest, I agree to the repair and my Mercedes was delivered back to my work and washed. The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well.
