it is true, they do "care" at the care shop .mark is the most knowledgeable person I know when it relates to anything about any motor vehicle. I first brought in work truck's for the company I worked for, then my personal pickup, my chevy Tahoe was stolen and striped and his crew put it back together again as it was, mark and his wife rose to run a tight ship and really do care about the work and the customer .they really do back the work without question on the warranty. This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! Not sure I can recommend these place for service! After having many of my Classic Automobiles exhaust done there and recently my Suzuki Samurai with 74,xxx original miles and spending $400 on the entire exhaust. I was suppose to get a call back regarding the warranty on the Cat (Catalytic Converter ODB I) installed in April 2012.. The vehicle has less than 600 miles on it since this was installed.. Never received a call regarding the warranty.. Unhappy customer and potential lost customer in the future because of this..
