Great Repair Shop Experience
What a wonderful surprise to discover Import MotorWorx!!!! I recently had my 1st experience bringing my 2005 Cooper S (as I've always worked directly with a dealership). I wanted to experience something different other than high prices for repairs and I certainly got what I was looking for. I made my appointment online, and due to some glitch, they didn't receive my request, however, with a follow up phone call, I was promptly scheduled. They couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. I had some follow up questions and sent an email. I received a phone call back from the owner and he answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Day of appointment (I needed to wait), they promptly took my car in, reviewed my list of needs and took me through each step of what they would do and the costs. The entire experience was amazing and I will definitly be back. I spent 1/2 the money I would have have at the dealership and the experience was like working with a local shop vs the "big boys".
