I was extremely impressed and most appreciative of the service provided for my clutch replacement & brake work. The work was done quickly, the guys were wonderful to work with, explained everything - and now my car runs wonderful. I will definitely bring my car back for all future work & maintenance.

They were very helpful in recommending products and options as well as verifying my choices lined up with my intent. I had a great experience with William Michael Automotive. I brought my car in with a weird noise and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and propose a solution. I was blown away by the emails I received from them with photos of my actual problem along with diagrams of how it should look and function. They really go out of their way to make the customer feel comfortable that they are getting great service. I really appreciate the level a detail they took in their work and would highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for a mechanic they can trust!

STOP! You do not need to go to any other auto repair then right here (Japanese models only). I've been coming here since when the guys only serviced Hondas (hence the name Japanese Beetle Shop, at least back in those days). They have service our 1997 (that's right folks) Honda Accord Wagon since 1997. Mike and Dave are the BEST. Fair, honest, quality auto repair. Reliable, on time delivery. I support our local independents. Even better when they provide outstanding service with a smile. Chat up a storm with Mike (I can call him Mickey) about his kids and anything else. Highly recommended. No frills but who needs your car washed and pickup service when you can TRUST the mechanic who works on your car?

Jaclyn and her team are the best. I have 3 cars that I bring to her for all the services and they do an outstanding job. Just recently I brought a vehicle in for a major repair and I was leaving on a business trip. Once the repairs were made, Jaclyn drove it up to my home in San Francisco to personally deliver it to my wife while I was away. Now that's top notch customer service. I discovered Auto Care Specialist after too many years of being a dedicated dealership customer because I wanted to insure my car warranty was maintained. I took my car in to Auto Care Specialist today for basic service, and fully expected to have the oil, oil filter, air filter and lube done. When Chris contacted me to let me know that my car was in great condition and only needed the power steering fluid flushed, I asked "What about the oil and oil filter, and air filter?" Chris said "Not needed at this time!" Call me surprised by that news, as my car's oil and oil filter were always changed, every 6, 000 miles, and then always seemed to need something else done/replaced that increased the service cost well beyond what I anticipated, by the dealership. How refreshing to be not taken advantage of, and to have only the necessary work done on my car! Great and prompt service. It may have taken me too many years to find this quality auto service center, however, I am thrilled to know that my car care needs will be taken care of, without my needing to take a 2nd out on my house! Tom and the gang at PV Garage have performed services on my wife's Mercedes ... cleaning out a nasty rat's nest under the hood and repairing the wires they chewed through ... and most recently a brake job on my GMC Yukon. I started by taking my Honda here just for a cheap oil change, but when I had other issues, I returned. Issac is unfailingly polite and helpful, and when I had a "check engine light" problem, he told me it was best to try the small and inexpensive fix first, which he did. He also researched the problem on the web, and showed me a recall which may have contributed to the problem. Issac is a born mechanic- he just knows cars! I also feel that he is as honest as the day is long. I know that many people think all mechanics are cheats, but I also know people want their car fixed for a song, or do not value a workers time and ask for lots of "freebies" or at least free advice.
