Brake repair service near Muscoy, CA

This the only shop I take my car to. It's not cheap but the best service and mechanics I've found here in AV. This is a AAA shop. Never a mistake made!

I really dreaded looking for new care for my 2002 car. I had always stuck with Honda servicing on a regular basis. Unfortunately it seemed to become a chore, with impersonal interest, raising prices, and some questionable recommendations for work to be done. My son is a master mechanic but does not live close by. I let him know what was going on and he found me the Perris Auto Repair Center. I cannot be happier with them, the brothers are all so welcoming and yet feel very professional. My wife and I want to thank Darrin and his team for helping us save thousands of dollars from purchasing a vehicle from Valley Hi Toyota Scion. We drove from Las Vegas to purchase a vehicle when we came upon Big Apple Automotive. We asked Darrin if he could do an inspection of the vehicle prior to purchasing it. Although they were busy, Darrin had no problem looking at vehicle immediately. They discovered some very costly repairs and sensors that came up. We informed the dealership of the issues, but they did not want to hear about the problems. Due to their lack of integrity and customer service, we did not purchase the vehicle. Also, I discovered a nail in my tire and Darrin and his team fixed it at no charge. I appreciate the customer service Darrin gave us and would highly recommend their services for your automotive needs. Chuck B

This facility has the most economical, fast and friendly service in town. I have been a customer for several years and will continue to be until they are no longer in business. I have never had any trouble with the services that have been provided. Will recommend this facility to anyone!

First let me say the African american manager I assume never greeted me. We had new tires and two alignments done and less then 6 months later the tire was half bald which obviously indicates the alignment was not done properly. As soon as my husband begin to question and ask about next steps we were immediately told to read our contract and we were basically "dumb" for thinking that should be pointed out. The manager said come back later and I'll do the rotation although you didn't read the contract over and over in an extremely patronizing manner. I have an 08 ml350 in good condition so if the work had been done right we would not need new tires less then 6 months later. More then that this gentleman is basically "yelling" at my husband as if he is not intelligent. My husband is an accountant of high intellect I then informed him not to contract me because we own a business and are aware of how contracts works. At the end of the day we do what is right for the customer not in a manner that demeans or patronized them. He begin to yell louder mock me say " I'm not dealing with you I assume because he did not want to be corrected by a women. This man was extremely unprofessional condescending. Funny thing is when the caucasian women went to get her car he placed her keys in her hands warmly and said have a beautiful holiday. But I did not even get a how are you today. Being in management for 17 years I have never personally experienced reverse racism. Guess there is a first time for everything. Please stay away from this place. If you can't please read your contract and you will be better served if your non black. Good luck and choose wisely.

On 12/20/11 I took my 2005 Nissan Maxima in for repair to the braking system. I was told upon inspection of my vehicle that the issue was warped rotors and bad pads on the front; the rear brakes were deemed to be in good working order with good pads. I was quoted a price for the work which I found acceptable and asked them to proceed with the work. The work was completed within the day and I paid for the work. The car needed some unrelated work which could not be done by this shop so I took it the following day to get those repairs done at another shop, the car was only driven home and to the shop for the motor work. I got the car back on 12/23/11 and noticed that the brakes were still shuddering when stopping. I called Bob & Al's on 12/26/11 after the holiday to make arrangements to get the brakes checked but I got a recording that they would be closed until 1/3/12. I contacted Bob & Al's on December 10th in person and I was asked to bring it later that week which I did 1/13/12. They kept it all day and said the front disks were warped again and that I was to blame for driving the car hard, I explained that I had barely driven the car and I tried to contact them on the 26th but they were closed. They turned the rotors, but when he took it for a road test the same issue was there. I was asked to bring it back for troubleshooting on 1/18/12 which I did. They stated that the issue was now the rear rotors that were very warped and they would have to be turned, which would cost me 75.00. I told them to proceed but was not happy. I got to their shop at 4:30pm and asked the Owner how this was missed the first time and second time? He said there was no way he could know that just by looking at the rear brakes. Then he got belligerent and said he was bothered by my questions and that if I thought he was cheating me I could go F*ck myself and that he did not need my F*cking business or my money. He threw my keys at me and told me to get the F*ck off his property. I was sh
