Brake repair service near Pine Bluff, CA

Last week I had the alternator replaced on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria and had this car smog checked. This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. it is true, they do "care" at the care shop .mark is the most knowledgeable person I know when it relates to anything about any motor vehicle. I first brought in work truck's for the company I worked for, then my personal pickup, my chevy Tahoe was stolen and striped and his crew put it back together again as it was, mark and his wife rose to run a tight ship and really do care about the work and the customer .they really do back the work without question on the warranty. I have only the very best comments to give, you can trust mark without any concerns because he will have already taken care of any issue before it is a problem. Michael F.

These people have very different vibe than any other shop and I have been to many in my life. They don’t try to upsell you or use some cheep “time pressure” techniques. They honestly look at your car, give you their opinion and very fair price and let you decide what and when you want to fix. I never felt pressured into anything, unlike all other places. I stumbled accross these mechanics through my doughter’s acquaintance and thought to myself at first” another shop we will be testing for a few months untill we get tired of them selling us repairs we don’t need” but do far I have been here about 5 times for various things, I had a very pleasurable experience with both the owner and the young gentleman that works there. Recommend to every body who is tired of being hustled by a money hungry & commission driven people.

I recently took my vehicle to ACA and they kep my car for 3 days, they charged me $430 bucks to do a full service and to fix my squeeking breaks. I got my car back only to find I didn't have any windshield wiper fluid, the breaks are squeeking as bad as they were before bringing it in, and I had gressy hand prints running all along the hood on both sides. I called to complain to a manager and was told they would call me back, but they never did. I called again the next day and they told me to drop it off again for another day which forced me to rent a car for my road trip because my car was still broken. Then when I get home and bring my car in they tell me they need it for another day which leaves me without a vehicle yet another day........ These guys are thieves and I will never bring my car back to them and I recommend you find a different shop to go to if your thinking about using them!!
