Last week I had the alternator replaced on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria and had this car smog checked. This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. I commend them for their integrity, the excellent quality of their work, and their reasonable prices. I highly recommend them. Ed C. Cypress, CA

I don’t know how to review this mechanics shop. I had a full brake job done on my van. The back brakes squeaked afterwards and they replaced all the parts and did the job completely over again. Then the front brakes were faulty, my steering wheel wobbled like crazy. They had to re-do the entire job on the front. This is two separate appointments, for a total of 3 times in the shop. My conclusion is this: If they had used quality parts to begin with, I would not have experienced this. Either that, or they never even replaced the brakes, they didn’t do the work at all, took $1845 and ripped me off. They didn’t show me any bad parts, didn’t offer to show me or give me my old parts back. The office gal is wonderful and tries very hard to make sure the customers are happy. They did fix the problems in the end. But it took too much of my time, too much of my lost money not working, and too much trust is lost. Overall review: WOMEN BEWARE. I think they are taking our money and not doing the job.

Having my car repaired at Finishline is like having my brother take care of my car. They serviced my car in a timely manner, let me know I did not need brakes when I thought I did, even checked my spare tire pressure (which was flat) and updated my GPS for no charge. I called and talked to George. He answered all my questions. gave me a quote and took his time with me. Driving a luxury car I am use to having shops and dealerships charging outrageous amounts for work and products. George changed all that. He was honest and even gave me a better deal than the best possible price I could find. He then ordered my tires for me and had them the same day. When it came to the work. they were very detailed and true experts. The work was flawless. Very friendly staff. I wish I could give them 5 more stars as they are a cut above the rest.
