I used to go to a mechanic close to my house and discovered that they usually did not completely fix the problem and kept repeating that my car is old and will not last very long. That was three years ago. I started going to Lima Auto and found out that driving a little bit is definitely worthwhile. Chris and Mike are honest and reliable in all they do. If you come in with a problem and they deem it minor, they let you know. They never exaggerate the problem and their cost is reasonable. They are courteous and work with integrity. If and when I have mechanical/car issues, I really stopped worrying because I know and trust Chris and Mike to help me.

Gabriel is a great mechanic that does all my repairs. Very honest! I highly recommend him as a mechanic.

Today 8/8/2015 I took my truck to SmogZone at 12365 it was about 3:45PM, they closed at 4:00PM. I was greeted by John Yang who speaks limited English. In short he ran a SMOG Test on my truck, he never brought it into the bay to run any RPM tests. At 4PM he tells me "Oh your truck didn't pass." On the form he points to Smoke Check. He said "I do not know what that is, you must go to a SMOG Certification to have it checked, I'll charge you $35 to retest in 30 days." I was so upset, the truck has 36,000 miles, not a hint of smoke. I came home and looked up Smoke Check and found he is the one who enters Smoke Check. I plan to dispute the $49.75 he charged me. I should have known based on their previous bad reviews not to go there.

These guys are awesome Francisco has the best customer service he's staying after closing to solve a problem with my dad's ac. The cost isn't worth staying after but he goes above and beyond. This is my new place to bring my truck and refer my friends and family to, not only is it low priced service they are also honest. I was in need of brake repair and looked here to find a shop with good references. I feel like I hit the jackpot. I called two days ago and made an appointment, then went in the next day. Steve took my car in right away, offered me a ride home, called me a couple hours later and said the car was done and sent his son to pick me up. The car runs just as good as when it was brand new. It's a 2004 Chevy Impala. The service is exceptional, Mr Luzzi is very nice and I am very pleased. I will be back for future service without a doubt.

This is one mechanic shop that you would like to visit when you really need your car fixed. They really take care of you, very honest, reasonable and they do things right the first time. Went for auto repair and brake repair and great prices and service!

I have my own Porsche car with white color. I often travel so far for entertainment. One day on the way to my office my car stopped suddenly & didn't start. I was helpless what to do. Then I had a phone call to this car shop. In few hours some mechanics came & took my car to the shop. Then my car was serviced properly. The oil filter was chocked due to more carbon particles. I was thankful to Orange Motors.
