Tom and the gang at PV Garage have performed services on my wife's Mercedes ... cleaning out a nasty rat's nest under the hood and repairing the wires they chewed through ... and most recently a brake job on my GMC Yukon. I've been going to Autowise for years. The people who work there are friendly and professional. Right now my family owns and maintains 5 cars. Autowise services all of them, and I have never been stuck by the side of the road in any of them because they do such good work. That is very important to me, especially when my children are behind the wheel. As far as price goes...cars are not cheap to maintain! I would recommend that you shop around. You might find a better price, but remember the old saying...You get what you pay for!

The BEST tire place! The atmosphere of the business is very relaxed and friendly, and they make sure that if you decide to wait there, you're totally comfortable doing so. But more importantly, they're fast and efficient, polite and courteous, and have good pricing with no tricksy upselling. I've bought tires here and had them checked just for tire pressure; nobody made me feel dumb for requesting that simple service. The wonderful person who helped me today was Kurt, and if you ever get to deal with him, he's an angel. He was super kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. He's a huge part of why Redwood General Tire will continue to get my business for years to come.

I took my car to Alex about a week ago. One of the best mechanics I've ever been to. He took the time to check what's wrong with my car and got back to me with a fair estimate and price for labor. I recommend California Auto works to anyone looking for a FAIR price and a good family business. Anyone telling you otherwise is just looking for a cheap deal versus good honest work.

This is the place I will return again and again! I am very impressed on how they handle the entire process of my car trouble. I was changing out my drive belt and ac belt, not only their price was more than reasonable but their work was spot on! I was able to get in and out fast. Also ask for an oil change while I’m there and it was not a long wait at all! They were upfront about the cost and give me a detailed break down. They also warned me about taxes and fees that may apply later at check out. No hidden cost that will surprise you later. I have used A+ for my cars for a number of years now. The work is always done correctly, on time and I am treated politely. They explain things to me in terms I understand. A huge plus is the ride TO and FROM work so that I am not bothering colleagues to get a ride. I recently had to use the dealership and it reminded me why I go to A+ instead, polite, on time and professional.

I brought my BMW into Holland to assess an issue that I was having with my transmission. After the assessment, Holland said that I needed a new transmission, which would cost approximately $8,000.00. I got a 2nd opinion from another repair shop and they said that Holland was grossly incorrect and that my problem was only a minor computer issue. It was an easy fix, my car runs fine now, and the cost was a hundred bucks. I am terribly upset that Holland presumed that I should replace my entire transmission and spend $8000 when it was only a small issue with my car computer that should have been diagnosed correctly in the first place. I trusted Holland and I was misled.

I have been taking my automobiles to Cactus Care for over 15 years. The one thing that I most like and appreciate is the honesty of the owner Jonathan and his technicians. They always tell you exact ally what is wrong with your automobile, and you can believe that is the truth. They stand behind their work. They are respectful, attentive and courteous. Brian very patiently and expertly diagnosed the reason for my engine suddenly shutting down for apparently no reason.

I started by taking my Honda here just for a cheap oil change, but when I had other issues, I returned. Issac is unfailingly polite and helpful, and when I had a "check engine light" problem, he told me it was best to try the small and inexpensive fix first, which he did. He also researched the problem on the web, and showed me a recall which may have contributed to the problem. Issac is a born mechanic- he just knows cars! I also feel that he is as honest as the day is long. I know that many people think all mechanics are cheats, but I also know people want their car fixed for a song, or do not value a workers time and ask for lots of "freebies" or at least free advice.
