I had a great experience with William Michael Automotive. I brought my car in with a weird noise and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and propose a solution. I was blown away by the emails I received from them with photos of my actual problem along with diagrams of how it should look and function. They really go out of their way to make the customer feel comfortable that they are getting great service. Very friendly service! I am on quite a tight budget, so I was worried when my muffler fell off and I saw that it was corroded badly that it meant the rest of my exhaust system was a goner too. But Mr. Zamora kept me informed of what needed doing and gave me a great deal, to boot! He showed me the work done, and I just needed a new muffler, so there were no surprises or extra costs, which was such a relief! Thanks, Mr. Zamora and your mechanic! Eve N. Prunedale

Stay way from this mechanic. I found after I got my car back that he just cleaned the parts and put the same parts back in after charging me for new parts. After checking around I found out that molinas is well known in this area for doing this to customers. How he stays in business is amazing. Please save your money and go to a well established reputable mechanic.

I brought my truck in to get fixed and it came back with new dents and scratches. They amounted that it happened at the shop and the owner said we he would get it fixed. Now I’m having to get insurance involved. I don’t recommend taking your vehicle here. BEWARE! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I discovered Auto Care Specialist after too many years of being a dedicated dealership customer because I wanted to insure my car warranty was maintained. I took my car in to Auto Care Specialist today for basic service, and fully expected to have the oil, oil filter, air filter and lube done. When Chris contacted me to let me know that my car was in great condition and only needed the power steering fluid flushed, I asked "What about the oil and oil filter, and air filter?" Chris said "Not needed at this time!" Call me surprised by that news, as my car's oil and oil filter were always changed, every 6, 000 miles, and then always seemed to need something else done/replaced that increased the service cost well beyond what I anticipated, by the dealership. How refreshing to be not taken advantage of, and to have only the necessary work done on my car! Great and prompt service. It may have taken me too many years to find this quality auto service center, however, I am thrilled to know that my car care needs will be taken care of, without my needing to take a 2nd out on my house!
